Roche Starts Section 278 Works at Wilberforce Health Centre

M.B.Roche & Sons Ltd has commenced on site on the Section 278 works at Hull’s new £16 million health centre on Story Street for clients the Sewell Group.

Works will be carried out on the existing adopted highway under Section 278 of the Highways Act 1980. Including the construction of new access and junction improvement of the highway and junctions and safety related works such as traffic calming and improved facilities for pedestrians and cyclists.
